North Eastern Railway Announces Apprenticeship Program

The North Eastern Railway invites applications for a one-year apprenticeship program across various trades, offering a valuable opportunity for young minds to gain practical experience within the Indian Railways.

Eligibility:

• Age: 15-24 years (Relaxation applicable for certain categories).
• Qualification:
  • ITI Diploma in the relevant trade (for specific trades).
  • OR
  • 50% marks in Class 10 (High School) passed, followed by ITI Diploma in the relevant trade (for other trades).

Benefits:

• Training for one year.
• Stipend provided as per regulations.

Selection Process:

• Selection will be based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and document verification.

• Fitter
• Welder
• Electrician
• Carpenter
• Painter
• Machinist
• Turner
• Mechanic Diesel
• Trimmer
