Your Future, Our Commitment

The Centre for Training and Academic Guidance (CTAG) is a significant initiative launched by the Human Welfare Foundation to address the needs of socio-economically backward communities especially in North India. This organization focuses on expanding and coordinating career awareness activities as an integral part of education programs, aimed at promoting the welfare and strengthening of underprivileged sections of society.

CTAG plays a crucial role in providing career counselling and guidance to students and young individuals from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds. The primary objective is to empower them with the necessary information and skills required to excel in higher education and employment sectors. By doing so, CTAG seeks to bridge the gap between opportunities and access for these marginalized communities, ensuring they have a fair chance to succeed in their desired fields.

Based in Delhi, with its headquarters located in Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi, CTAG operates a Civil Service Coaching center in Kolkata. This center is dedicated to providing guidance and support to aspiring civil service candidates from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to pursue careers in the West Bengal Civil Services and avail opportunities in the Government Sector.

CTAG envisions empowering individuals in rural and remote regions, providing them with opportunities for educational enhancement that lead to better employability and self-reliance. By focusing on empowering individuals in these areas, CTAG aims to uplift communities as a whole and contribute to the overall socioeconomic development of the country
