On 15 September 2026, a Psychometric Assessment and Activity-Based Career Counselling Session was conducted at Nazma Heera Memorial Public School, Kamrup, Assam, for students of Classes 9 and 10. More than 60 students from different schools in the surrounding areas participated in the session.
The session focused on helping students understand their interests, abilities, personality traits and suitable career pathways through psychometric assessment and engaging, activity-based counselling methods.
The programme was attended by Abdul Aziz, Principal, HOMA, who motivated and encouraged the students; Faruk Ahmmad, Career Counsellor & Coordinator, CTAG, who conducted the psychometric assessment and activity-based career counselling session; and Shahidul Islam, State Coordinator, HWF, who introduced the LEAD 100 Programme and briefed the students about its objectives and opportunities.
The interactive session provided students with an opportunity to explore their strengths, understand different career choices and develop greater clarity about their future academic and professional pathways.
