Overview
The Practice-Based Trainer’s Training Program on Career Guidance and Counseling was a comprehensive initiative aimed at equipping participants with the necessary skills and understanding to become effective career counselors and mentors. Over three days, 24 participants from different parts of the country engaged in interactive sessions led by experienced resource persons, focusing on educational challenges, communication, professional development, and practical tools for guidance and counseling.

The program concluded with the presidential speech of former parliamentarian Malik Motasim Khan, Vice-President, JIH, vote of thanks, and certificate distribution to all participants, acknowledging their dedication and active participation.

• They enhanced their communication and counselling skills.
• Practical tools and methods were provided for implementing career guidance programs in schools.
• The program fostered a collaborative environment, encouraging peer learning and idea exchange.
Conclusion
The three-day training program was a significant step towards building a cadre of skilled career counsellors with an aim to expand career guidance activities across North India. CTAG and HWF’s initiative has set a strong foundation for empowering educators and counsellors to guide students effectively in their academic and professional journeys.
