This is a grant sanctioned by the Union Ministry of Minorities for the study of professional courses for economically backward students belonging to the minority community.
Work pursuing undergraduate/postgraduate/technical/professional courses can apply for this scholarship. Students studying such courses will be selected on the basis of merit and up to Rs. 30,000 / - per annum will be allotted. The annual income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 2.50 lakh. Must have obtained 50% marks at Higher Secondary/Degree level.
