CTAG Talent Mentorship Program

CTAG aims to provide mentorship and academic guidance to a select group of talented minority students from class 9 till they start their professional careers. Around 25 students are selected on the basis of their scores in the National Minority Talent Search Exam conducted by Human Welfare Foundation and they will be provided mentorship and support till they fulfill their career aims.

As a pilot project, the talent mentorship program has selected 25 students each from the four districts, Purnea, Ranchi, Meerut, and Malda, and New Delhi. Periodic Individual Counselling sessions and group sessions on career as well as academic guidance are provided to these students.

ACTIVITIES

  • Competitions like debate, story writing, quizzes, puzzles, etc. for the mentees
  • Workshops on soft skills such as personality development, self-efficacy, better studying habits, and language skills, etc.
  • Workshops to equip mentees with existing psychological tools to optimize exam performance
