The Indian Air Force has invited applications for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT)

The Indian Air Force has invited applications for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT). AFCAT is the entrance exam for admission into the Indian Air Force. It is conducted twice a year by the Indian Air Force for recruitment into the Flying, Technical, Weapon Systems, Administration, Logistics, Accounts, Education and Matereorlogy of the force. The AFCAT is open to both male and female candidates and is conducted online modes.

Candidates who successfully pass the AFCAT exam are eligible for entry into the Indian Air Force. The selection process includes a physical fitness test, a medical examination and an interview. Candidates who qualify for the exam will be issued a call letter from the Air Force Selection Board. 

Eligibility

  1. Plus Two/ Degree/ PG/ CA/ CMA/ CS/ CFA
  2. Age Limit: 20-24 for Flying Branches and 20-26 for Non-Flying Branches.
  3. Marital status: Candidates must be unmarried at the time of commencement of the course and marriage is not permitted during training
