Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) 2024

Applications are invited for the Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) 2024, a common entrance examination for admission to Ph.D. and Integrated Ph.D. programs in Physics, Theoretical Computer Science, Neuroscience, and Computational Biology. The participating institutes, each renowned in its field, have their own eligibility criteria for admission.

Eligibility:

Applicants seeking admission for a Ph.D. in Physics, Theoretical Computer Science, Neuroscience, or Computational Biology in institutions like IISER, NISER, IISc, etc., are eligible to apply. Candidates expecting to complete their final examinations of their ongoing course by August 2024 are also eligible.

Application Process:

Candidates must apply online through the official JEST website. The application fee is non-refundable and set at Rs. 800.
