Common University Entrance Test – UG Applications Invited

 

 

The Common University Entrance Test for undergraduate admissions to 44 central universities, along with numerous state, private, and deemed universities, is now open for applications.

Changes in Examination Format:

This year, the examination will be conducted in a hybrid mode. Offline tests will be held for subjects with higher registrations.

Examination Details:

  • Total of 50 questions, with a requirement to answer 40.
  • Correct answers will earn 5 marks each, while incorrect answers will incur a penalty of 1 mark.
  • Maximum of 6 subjects can be chosen, including 33 languages and 27 domain-specific subjects.
  • Admission requirements vary for each university; applicants must check the respective university websites for details.

Eligibility:

  • Students pursuing or having completed their studies can apply, with no age limit.

Application Process:

  • Registration is available through www.exams.nta.ac.in
  • Last date for registration: March 26
  • Results will be published on June 30th
