BUMS is an Undergraduate degree program in the field of Unani Medicine and Surgery. Unani is the ancient medical system that is involved in the treatment of patients to help in enhancing the body's natural healing system using Unani medicines. The candidate having the BUMS degree is eligible to be called as Hakeem (Doctor) and eligible to do private practice.
Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery is awarded after completion of 5.5 years academic program containing the 4.5 years academic session and 1-year internship.

Clearing 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English combination
