Applications are invited for the fully residential WBCS Coaching Program at the HWF Malda Campus. Dedicated to empowering competitive exam aspirants across West Bengal with quality education, disciplined study environments, and mentorship. Eligibility & Fee Structure

| Language Proficiency | Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Bengali |
| Age Criteria | Between 21 and 36 years (as on 1st January of examination year) |

| Admission Fee | ₹ 2,000/- (One-time, Non-refundable) |
| Monthly Program Fee | ₹ 3,000/- (Minimum monthly fee) |
Selection Methodology
Candidates must apply online. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Personality Test at the HWF Malda Campus. The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in the personality test. Special preference will be accorded to candidates who have qualified WBCS or WBPSC Miscellaneous Preliminary examinations.
