- Recent passport-size colored photograph and clear scanned signature.
- Class 10th marksheet and passing certificate (as date of birth proof).
- Class 12th marksheet and passing certificate.
- Graduation marksheet of all years/semesters and degree certificate (for PG courses).
- Valid Government Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / PAN Card).
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS) or disability certificate, if applicable.
