EXAM NOTIFICATION – Actuarial CET on 10 January 2026
The Actuarial Common Entrance Test (ACET), conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI), is the essential first step for students aspiring to become actuaries. With actuaries being in high demand across industries, this field offers a unique blend of mathematics, statistics, and financial theory to analyse the financial implications of risk. Actuaries play a crucial role in studying uncertain future events, particularly in areas such as insurance, pensions, and long-term financial planning.
Students who have completed Class 12—or are awaiting their results—are eligible to appear for ACET. The exam is held three times a year, giving candidates multiple opportunities to begin their actuarial journey.
