The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially commenced online registrations for NEET PG 2026 Round 1 Counselling. Qualified MBBS graduates seeking admission into 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, 100% Deemed & Central Universities, ESIC, and Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) seats can submit choices and lock preferences online.

Counselling Fee & Security Deposit

Counselling Structure & Free Exit Rule
- Four Online Rounds: The counselling process consists of Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 (Mop-Up), and an online Stray Vacancy Round.
- Free Exit in Round 1: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 can opt for a “Free Exit” without forfeiting their security deposit if they choose not to join the allotted college.
- Seat Upgradation: Candidates joining their Round 1 allotted college can give willingness for upgradation in Round 2.
Key Documents Checklist for Reporting
- NEET PG 2026 Admit Card & Rank Letter / Scorecard
- Provisional Allotment Letter issued by MCC
- MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate
- MBBS Mark Sheets (All Professional Examinations)
- Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship Completion Certificate
- Permanent / Provisional Registration Certificate issued by NMC or State Medical Council
- Valid Government Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Passport / PAN Card / Driving Licence)
- Category Certificate (OBC-NCL / EWS / SC / ST / PwD), if applicable, in Central Government prescribed format
