Eligibility Criteria & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree (Master’s degree) in any discipline from a recognized university along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent recognized teacher training qualification.
- Experience Requirement: Prescribed teaching or administrative experience as a Lecturer / PGT / Headmaster in recognized Intermediate / Higher Secondary schools as mandated under UP Secondary Education Services rules.
- Age Criteria: Minimum age limit as specified in the official commission notification (with applicable category relaxations for reserved category applicants of Uttar Pradesh).
Selection Methodology
- Screening / Written Examination: Objective / descriptive evaluation based on educational administration, leadership, pedagogy, and general awareness.
