Applications Invited for Academic Year 2025-26

The Indian Institute of Crafts & Design (IICD), Jaipur, invites applications for admission to the following design programs for the academic year 2025-26:

• Bachelor of Design (BDes) – 4-year program
  • Specializations: Soft Materials, Hard Materials, Fired Materials, Fashion, Jewelry, Crafts Communication, Interior Design
• Master of Design (MDes) – 2-year program
  • Specializations as per university guidelines
• Post Graduate Diploma in Design – 1-year program

Eligibility:

• BDes: 12th pass or equivalent in any stream.
• MDes: Bachelor’s degree in Design/Architecture.
• PG Diploma: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Online applications are available at www.licd.ac.in.
• Application Fee: ₹1750/- (non-refundable)
• Application Deadline: January 7, 2025

Selection Procedure:

• The selection process will involve a common entrance test, portfolio presentation, and an interview.
• The weightage for each component will be as follows:
  • General Awareness, Creativity & Perception: 35%
  • Material Color & Concept Test: 45%
  • Portfolio Presentation & Interview: 20%
