NALSAR University of Law and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) invite applications for their distinguished two-year LL.M. program in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws. This specialised program is intended to provide students with extensive knowledge and competence in the dynamic field of insolvency and bankruptcy law. Students will study theoretical ideas, practical applications, and case studies related to the legal frameworks governing insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings in India as part of a carefully designed program. The students will spend the first year at the NALSAR University of Law Campus in Hyderabad and the second year at the IICA campus in New Delhi.
