The National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, invites applications for the PhD (Food Technology) programme for the Winter Session 2025–26. The programme offers specialisations in Food Process Engineering, Food Process Technology, and Food Safety & Quality Assurance.
